Please remember, we are not an all inclusive travel agency company. We tailor trips to each customer's needs.
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
You have 24-hours from the time you make your first deposit to cancel for a full refund. After 24-hours, the deposits and all future payments are non-refundable.
If you are on a payment plan, you can cancel at any time, however the payments previously submitted are non-refundable.

For Member Group Trips: The costs of the trips and services combined are refundable if planner cancels the trip.

All purchased pre-made and custom itineraries are non-refundable.

We recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance should you need to cancel your trip for any reason.
AUTOMATED PAYMENTS ARE REQUIRED FOR PAYMENT PLANS
If you need to pay fees and trip prices on a monthly basis, it has to be setup as automated monthly payments. No manual payments. You can always pay in full or half down half later. If your payments get declined after 3 attempts, you will be charged a late fee of $25. If no payment is received, your trip will be canceled and previously collected funds are non-refundable.
MISSED PAYMENTS
If you miss three monthly payments, your trip will be canceled. You can reinstate your trip within 7 days by paying the total amount due.
FINAL PAYMENT DATE
Trips must be paid in full by the final payment date of the trip noted in the confirmation email. This is usually 2 months before takeoff. If full payment is not received by that date a penalty charge of $100 will be placed on the account. After 7 business days of failing to make the final payment your trip will be canceled.
TRANSFER POLICY
You can transfer your trip by paying a one-time transfer fee of $150. This process can only be done before flights are booked.
TRIP PRICING
Trip pricing fluctuates with currency changes. At any time prior to confirmed reservations the trip price may be increased or decreased without warning. This is why we state "starting at" for all trips. The increase/decrease usually occurs with the stay accommodations and tours.
LODGING POLICY
Here at WayneWorldTravels, we experience a mixture of luxury stays and cultural stays. Some parts of certain countries we visit have special types of accommodation to be able to experience their culture. We do this to make traveling more affordable for the group. However, we can accommodate single occupancy people as well as double occupancy for couples. For example, if some members of the group opt to stay in a large villa versus individual rooms, but you would like your own villa/room, then you will pay single occupancy rates. For us, lodging is very flexible for each individual and what they prefer. We are a concierge service, so whatever you desire can be done.
ITINERARY POLICY
We are super flexible! Itineraries are not set in stone. We put together a comprehensive guide for our travelers, we then inquire if they are interested in the tours and only then do we book the tour/adventures. It is your choice, it is never included in the price unless you say so. But trust me, you will want to go wherever the group is going.

As a disclaimer, itineraries are subject to modification and change due to availability or vendor changes. Remember we are in another country, weather and other complications can always make a change in our itinerary. In the unlikely event that there are major changes to the itinerary, clients are notified as soon as possible and an equivalent substitution will be offered. Also, as long as the vendor offers a refund, you will also get a refund or monies can be applied to another adventure.
TRAVEL MEDICAL INSURANCE
There will be a medical waiver you need to sign that releases WayneWorldTravels from any responsibilities regarding your health abroad. We do not require you to have medical insurance.

If you are concerned about medical insurance (which you should be), you can purchase a Travel Medical Insurance policy that includes (1) Emergency Medical Coverage, (2) Emergency Medical Evacuation, and (3) Repatriation of your remains should you perish. You can also check with your current health insurance provider to see what is covered.
HEALTH & FITNESS POLICY
We are adventure seekers! The bulk of our destinations are designed around adventure. Because of that, all trips require that you to be able to walk at least 5 miles each day on your own. You should consult your physician to confirm your fitness level for travel and participation in planned activities. We do not provide medical advice.
PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE POLICY
We take our drone and Go Pros everywhere! Photos and Videos will be taken and shared amongst the group. By participating on this trip you are giving WayneWorldTravels; its representatives and employees the right to use photographs, video, and testimony given by you during any experience with us. We will not disclose your name online or in printed media without additional expressed consent. We encourage you to take photos, tag each other, have fun.

As you saw on the home page, we also create videos out of the experience. So you will have a keepsake to look back on the trips you take with us.
VISA REQUIREMENTS
Travel visas are required for some countries. It is the responsibility of each traveler to comply with them and to secure the proper travel documents. But DO NOT WORRY, this is a concierge service, we got you! We will make sure you are set before you fly.
PASSPORTS
Passports are required for all U.S. citizens traveling abroad. You must provide all traveler names exactly as they appear on each traveler’s passport, including titles such as Jr. or Sr. and any multiple first, middle or last names. If accurate information is not provided, airlines may charge penalties to make corrections or even deny boarding, and you may not be permitted to enter some countries. Any changes in names or passport information should be reported to us immediately via email. Note that any name changes or changes in passport information after you complete your booking may result in additional fees.
DAMAGES
We accept no responsibility for accidents, damage, baggage losses, delays and/or accidental expenses due to weather, strikes, acts of God, acts of governments or authorities, wars, terrorism, criminal acts committed by third parties, hostilities, civil disturbances, riots, strikes, sickness, quarantine, defects of vehicles or breakdown in equipment, or to the fault or default of any company used for carrying out these trips.

Regarding any and all services and accommodations furnished, we expressly disclaim all responsibility or liability over any matter whatsoever for loss, damage, injury or expense to property or person due to any cause whatsoever occurring during the duration of the trip or otherwise. All such losses or expenses will be borne by the passengers.

In other words...damage and losses are the sole responsibility of the traveler.
TRIP CANCELLATIONS FOR REASONS OUTSIDE OF OUR CONTROL
In the rare event that it becomes necessary to cancel the trip for reasons beyond our control, such as terrorism, strikes, acts of governments, weather, etc. we will reschedule the trip. If you are unable to attend the new dates, we will offer refunds in a queue based on the booking date as we fill your spot, but we cannot guarantee a refund. Your travel insurance should cover these circumstances should they occur.
